SERVICES

Here is a list and short description of our services.

On-Site Services

Home Service, 1 PC - $45 per hour*

Business Service OR Multiple PC's - $65 per hour*

PC Pickup OR Drop Off and hook up - FREE*

We will come to you and either pick up your computer to bring it to our shop, or drop off your computer and hook it up for you.

Tutoring - $50 per hour ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE

Any program or help you need, we can train you!

On-Site Travel Charge - 30 cents per mile

*Travel is free within the Bozeman/Belgrade area. The price is $0.30 per mile otherwise. We do NOT do hardware work on-site.

We will travel anywhere we're called. If overnight stays are required, they will be billed to the customer.

On-site work is NEVER recommended! Working on-site provides many limitations. The service will always cost more and it will be less comprehensive than if the work is performed in our shop.

Off-Site Services

LCD/Plasma TV Repair - $140

Parts are included up to 6 components. Can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Pickup policy is the same as travel for on-site work.

LCD/Plasma TV System Board Installations - $80

This is for non-soldering applcations. The price includes finding the problem, ordering the correct part, and installing it.

Unrepairable LCD/Plasma TV - $25

It takes a lot of time trying to figure out if a TV can be salvaged. If it can't, we offer free disposal of the TV and charge $25 for the time to see if the TV can be saved. Remember -- Many TV's have mercury in them, they must be disposed of properly!

Computer Diagnostic Fee - Free

Considering fixing the issue most often is part of finding it, I don't see any point in charging a diagnostic fee -- It's basically charging customers twice for the same service.

Custom PC Build - $160 without File Backup, $200 with file backup

Price includes research time, gas, time to build, PC setup, installing all necessary programs. See the Custom PC's section for more info on our builds. Parts extra

Custom Water Cooling System Install - Starting at $300

If you're looking for a high powered supercomputer, you will be looking at something like water cooling to keep temps down. This likely will include custom work to the computer case, custom running of water lines, etcetera. Parts extra.

PC Tune-Up - $125

This includes Anti-Virus, Anti-spyware, registry, and startup cleaning. It also includes registry defrag, hard drive defrag, and memory optimization. We will also advise you on how you can help keep your PC fast and safe. Lastly, we check the hardware side of your computer, making sure all parts and pieces are working correctly.

PC File Backup - $45

This is INDIVIDUAL file backup, most often needed when doing a fresh operating system install or when transferring files to a new computer.

PC Hard Drive Cloning - $80

This is for full-PC backups, hardware upgrades, and in some cases it may be needed for severe virus issues.

Operating System Install and Full Setup - $145

This includes hard drive zeroing, formatting, operating system install, hardware driver install, updating all components, system stress test to ensure stability, system clean to get rid of extra junk, and installing all programs to get you up and running. Includes file backup. If you would like your backed up files scanned for potential viruses, which is heavily recommended, it is an extra $35.

Hardware Troubleshooting and Replacement - $80

This includes any necessary steps to find, fix, and replace any hardware that is causing system instability or trouble. This is for circumstances completely separate from software issues.

Laptop Cleaning - $60

We always recommend you have your laptop stripped down and completely cleaned at least once a year.

Rush Service - $65

This is the rate for pushing whatever you need fixed to the front of the line. We cannot push you ahead of previously scheduled appointments.

After Hour On-Site Service - Minimum 3 Hours Business Labor Rate($195) starting price.

If you need your PC to be worked on immediately, there are several things I can do. I can work overtime, make sure there is bench space so your PC will be worked on immediately, etcetera.

Website Consulting - Starting at $100 Per Month

I work with an independent contractor for website builds and converse with him on my customer's behalf.

Website Content Management - $120

This is a flat rate price for writing and editing all text on a website.

Website Picture Management - $120

Travel up to 75 miles TOTAL for a two-way trip included in this. This includes taking pictures and uploading them onto the website.
